Return Policy

1. Germination

All X-Seed seed products are guaranteed to grow!  If seed fails to germinate after applying to the instructions, you are entitled to a full replacement.  Any refunds or replacements are limited to 60 days after the date of purchase.  Please send proof of purchase, receipt and brief explanation of the problem to the address on the bottom of the page.

NOTICE: Arbitration-cociliation-mediation is required as a prerequisite by the laws of several U.S. states.  Arbitration, mediation, or conciliation is required to maintaining a legal action based upon a failure of seed to produce as represented. The consumer shall file a complaint (sworn for FL, IN, MS, SC, TX, WA; singed only GA, CA, ID, ND, SD) along with the required filing fee (where applicable) with the commissioner or secretary of agriculture within such a time as to permit inspection of crops, plants, or trees by the designated agency and the seed company from whom the seed were labeled and guaranteed by. A copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified or registered mail or as otherwise provided by state statute.

2. Damaged Returns

Products damaged in shipping are eligible for full replacement. All items received and signed by the recipient are considered to be acceptable for use. Consumer shall sign bill of lading with noted exception of damaged materials. Send copies of receipts, noted bill of lading, and a brief explanation to the address on the bottom of the page.

3. Exchange / Product Returns

Products that are in good condition and have not been opened can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Return shipments must be prepaid. Full exchange or returns are subject to a small handling fee.
